We manufacture finer count and coarser count of cotton yarn (6-100 Count) in our high standard facilities. World class machineries help us to maintain a better product quality and sourcing of raw cotton allows us to produce the best yarn in the market. We have our backward linkage spinning to support our woven and knit projects and manufacture different kinds of apparels. Hazrat Amanat Shah Spinning Mills Ltd. has 93,000 spindles that produce cotton, viscose, tensile, and it’s blended yarns on an average of 1,200 tons per month.

Our facility comprises both Rapier and Airjet looms. These weaving machinery are the latest invention of Picanol hailed from Belgium. These Rapier and Airjet weaving machinery can be operated with the speed of 700 and 1000 rpm respectively with a capacity of 60,000 Mtr/Day. In order to impart the required functional properties to the fiber or fabrics, we have specialization over generations in the precision of physical and chemical treatments for all kinds of woven fabrics.

Our yarn dyeing division is equipped with state-of-the-art dyeing machinery originated from Europe. We are using renowned dye-stuffs and chemicals to process the yarn and veteran dyeing expertise to ensure the optimum quality of dyed yarn. Our yarn dyeing capacity is 12 Ton/Day. To treat the disposed putrid water, a biological ETP plant is working with full phase in order to keep our ecology living friendly.

Our dyeing division is equipped with custom designed state of the art dyeing machines of originated from Europe, with fully computerized Color Kitchen and Auto Dozing System. We are using renowned dye-stuffs and chemicals to process the fabrics and our veteran dyeing expertise to ensure bespoke quality of produced fabric for our precious buyers to surprise them. Our dyeing and finishing capacity is 3 million meter per day. We offer commendable range of solid dyed fabric. We have implemented sophisticated technologies for designing these products so as to ensure their quality.

As a composite fabric manufacturing unit, printing is another companion of dyeing. We have rotary screen printing machine from Italy. The simultaneous 16 color printing capability of the machine makes it incomparable in aspect of diversified printing category.

In textile manufacturing, finishing refers to the process that converts the woven cloth into an usable material and more specifically to any process performed after the fabrics being dyed to improve the look, performance and hand feel of the finished textile or clothing. To finish our products, we ensure the use of the best and ideal chemicals. We strictly maintain international standard and can produce fabrics with any kind of finish like Peach Finish, Regular Finish, Soft Finish, Wrinkle-Free, Easy-Care etc. Simply put, whatever you name we can deliver.
